Homestead Physical Therapy is now open for business!  We are seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team.

The physical therapy aide works under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist and is assigned a number of routine tasks.  These may include both clinical and administrative functions, and they are always assigned by the supervising physical therapist. The physical therapy aide may also be asked to make appointments, answer phones, do laundry, prepare and clean treatment areas and physical therapy equipment.

The ultimate goals of the physical therapy aide are to support the physical therapist, help create an optimal experience for the patient, and also ensure patient safety with preparation of treatment areas and proper disinfecting of equipment.

This position is 100% on the job training.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting our team of physical therapists.
• Helping patients.
• Cleaning equipment and tables.
• Answering phones.
• Scheduling patients.
• Assisting with laundry.
• Other duties as needed.
